Apple Festival Parade Success

Over 20 participants marched in the Apple Festival Grand Parade representing United in Faith Church. The purpose of participation was to roll out our new theme to the Murphysboro community and surrounding area.  The new theme for the church is Life Changing Hope as we desire to provide that to our community through Jesus Christ. Most of the marchers were children from the United In Faith youth program. 

In the parade our newly improved graphics were on full display on the United In Faith van as well on a banner that was carried. We also distributed free tee shirts, lots of candy, and apple shaped stress balls with "Life Changing Hope" and our website printed on the side. The participants also handed out informational brochures about United In Faith. 

It was an exceedingly hot Apple Festival Grand Parade, so a big thank you to all who partipated!
